The past is not meant to be lived in
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it. - George Santayana

The past is a place of learning, not a place of living. - Roy T. Bennett
Simple practices:
Take time to reflect on past experiences without getting stuck in negative thoughts. Acknowledge what happened and focus on the lessons learned.
View mistakes as opportunities for growth. Identify lessons from the past and use them as stepping stones toward personal development.
Forgive yourself and others for past mistakes. Holding onto grudges or guilt can be a barrier to moving forward.
Acknowledge and celebrate your progress over time. Recognize how far you've come and the positive changes you've made in your life.
Surround yourself with positive influences, whether it's supportive friends, uplifting media, or activities that bring joy. This can help shift your focus away from negative aspects of the past.
